Data Deletion Policy — Mercatino

Mercatino allows all customers and account holders to request deletion of their personal data at any time, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to: privacy.policy@mercatino.se
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
Include your full name and the email address associated with your Mercatino account.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will delete:
Your customer account
Social login data (e.g., Facebook or Google login information)
Saved addresses
Loyalty points and rewards
Purchase history within our store backend (unless legally required to retain)
Cookies and analytics data where identifiable
What Cannot Be Deleted
Some order information must be retained temporarily to comply with Swedish bookkeeping and tax laws.
This data will be anonymized and kept only for the legally required retention period.
Deletion Timeframe
We will delete your personal data within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
